  I went to Donna recently when in Australia to get treatment for chronic tendonitis in my left shoulder from overuse when training long distance paddling on a SUP. Donna treated it with dry needling & massage and it has never felt better! I will still need to strap it (which she did an in depth overview using her 'Rocktape' method), however it is already behaving alot better after training!
  
  My mother also went to Donna for plantar fascia swelling in her foot, my mum had previously been prescribed orthotics which she was just about to drop alot of $$$ & travel 2 hours to see a Podiatrist. After a session with Donna she did as prescribed and used a rolling method with a golf ball to break it up. After 2 weeks of following the treatment my mum's foot is healed and she no longer needs Orthotics, saving money, time and more pain! Thank-you Donna you seriously are a healer and expert in preventative health. We can't recommend you enough!
